Higgins Coatings is Australia’s premier commercial painting contractor with over 70 years of experience in providing a complete painting maintenance solution to a broad range of industries. With a commitment to work health and safety, quality and the environment, Higgins Coatings has an industry-leading ISO Tri-Certification Accreditation.
In line with their organisational goals, Higgins Coatings leadership team recognised the need to modernise their employees’ technological environment to both improve collaboration and boost productivity. A mobile device management (MDM) solution was required to enable mobile workforce without compromising sensitive business data. Subsequently, a modern work project was initiated, covering the upgrades of on-premises infrastructure and implementation of new technologies – spanning across Office 365, Windows 10 and enhanced security features (Defender and Azure AD).
