A brief history
This week marks a significant milestone at Arinco. We’re celebrating our 6th birthday!
What started as 4 people in a room back in 2019, has grown to over 150 crewies across Australia and New Zealand serving 200+ customers. What people might not know is that Arinco is actually a portmanteau standing for the Artificial Intelligence Company, as our core focus has always been to build innovative solutions leveraging AI technologies.
Specialising in these technologies allowed us to bring unique solutions to customer challenges. Early on we worked with Maurice Blackburn Lawyers to reduce their pre-claims assessment from 6-8 weeks down to under 10 minutes by leveraging AI to extract key information and guide through the claims process.
AI technologies have come a long way, but way back in 2019, many customers weren’t quite ready to fully utilise the extent of their capabilities. Fast forward to today, the majority of organisations are either actively using AI, experimenting, or have plans to implement it over the coming year.
Honing our technical expertise
Early on, Arinco realised that to prepare for today’s age of AI, we needed to focus on helping customers set the right cloud foundations. Bringing a unique, repeatable and proven approach to Azure landing zones and migrations, we become well known in the market for our Azure Done RightTM offering. This expertise earnt us accolades such as achieving the Microsoft ANZ Azure Partner of the Year award in 2023.
Since then, our Done RightTM framework has expanded to a wider range of solution areas covering everything from Azure to Security, Modern Work, Data, Apps and AI. Taking lessons learnt, extensive industry experience and years of refinement, our Done RightTM offerings now represent a holistic program of work to help accelerate customers on their end-to-end digital transformation journey.
We always like to say that our expert consultants across these solution areas are here to help, and they do so by honing our technical expertise through the harvesting and sharing of repeatable IP for constant refinement and enhancement of our repositories/offerings.
It’s through this process that last year we launched our AI Build Centre. By bringing together people, process and technology, we are enabling organisations to not only adopt AI, but to do it right and foster long-term success and innovation in the cloud. Unique to our Build Centre is our Coco application, a pre-built, extensible AI solution which provides instant proof of value, enabling organisations to go from pilot to production at a rapid pace. Building on the existing AI skills that Coco brings, organisations can develop custom skills specific to their business challenges. As a scalable and secure platform, Coco sets the foundation for future AI adoption and scale across any organisation and has been deployed at over 30+ organisations to date.
Where next?
In 2024, we achieved a North Star goal: winning the Microsoft Australian Partner of the Year award. Since then, we have continued to double down on our AI focus, bringing AI Build Centre to even more industries and delivering even greater impact. To date we’ve worked across almost every industry, and this year bringing more industry aligned AI solutions are top of mind for us. AI is not only changing the future of many industries, but it is also a driving force behind competitive differentiation and meeting rapidly evolving customer demands. Working closely alongside our partner, Microsoft, we are not only setting the right foundations for AI but also helping these organisations scale adoption quickly to deliver impactful ROI.
